Your home: A custom Colorado-built tiny home sleeps up to four - a queen bed in the loft, reached by stairs, plus a full-size futon on the main level.

Inside: Full bathroom with shower and on-demand hot water; towels, shampoo and soap provided. Four-burner gas range with a real oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full-size fridge - dishes, silverware and pans included. Smart TV for your own streaming accounts.

Outside: Deck with a propane BBQ grill, picnic table and chairs, plus two labeled parking spaces directly behind the home.
